WARM AND THE ORIGINAL PSBB
WARM Radio was always associated with The Public Service Bulletin Board. Locally that moniker was taken over by WNEP TV Channel 16 after WARM ceased using it. But when WARM started, the PSBB was a link between the most powerful radio station at the time and its community.
Here is an example of what was going on in November of 1959.
