Today is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ella Fitzgerald. During the early days of WARM especially 0 the 40s and early 50s, Fitzgerald was one of the mainstays of both pop and jazz. While primarily a jazz singer, Ella had two huge hits that got constant airplane on WARM Radio.
